=CONNECTIONS=
Mission
Connections is a transformative performing arts initiative dedicated to bringing impactful assemblies to middle and high schools across the USA. Featuring a diverse group of ten artists, our program highlights the importance of human connection in navigating the challenges of adolescence. In a world where many young people feel isolated, Connections fosters belonging and understanding through our performances.
By incorporating art, dance, music, and spoken word, we create an engaging atmosphere that encourages students to share their feelings and experiences. Our assemblies address critical topics such as mental health awareness and suicide prevention, empowering students to find strength in their connections with peers, educators, and the community.
Bringing Connections to your school means delivering a vital message of hope, resilience, and unity. Our performances inspire meaningful dialogue and cultivate empathy, reminding students that they are not alone in their journeys. Together, we can create a supportive environment where every young person feels valued and connected. Ultimately, Connections aims to make a lasting impact on your school community, equipping students to face life's challenges with confidence and support.
Assembly Outline
The Experience
Connections
It starts before the lights go down. Students take their seats, unaware that the story has already begun. Movement breaks the silence. Screens come alive. What unfolds isn’t a performance about students—it’s a reflection of them. The pressure, the noise, the things no one posts. Connections pulls back the curtain on what’s really happening behind the screen.
The assembly moves fast and hits honestly—through dance, spoken word, and real stories told by the performers themselves. Moments of intensity give way to moments of recognition. Students don’t just watch; they feel it. They see how isolation grows, how influence spreads, and how quickly one action—good or bad—can change everything.
The experience ends where healing begins: expression, participation, and unity. Students contribute to a shared art piece that remains with the school, leaving behind proof that their voices matter. Connections doesn’t offer easy answers—but it delivers something more powerful: awareness, permission to speak, and the reminder that no one has to carry everything alone.
This isn’t just an assembly.
It’s an experience.
It’s life.
It’s Connections.
